Hot Food Eateries
East West Catering
East West Catering was established in Halifax in 1986 and now produces some of the region’s most authentic Indian food. There are a huge range of meals and snacks available ranging from vegetable samosas, onion bhajis and lamb kebabs to chicken and lamb dishes from vindaloo through to korma.
La Cachette
La Cachette from Elland sells high quality French bistro cuisine sourcing the best and freshest ingredients from prime cuts of meat and game to fruit and vegetables for their range of delicious menus.
Natural Game
Natural game sell hot marinated chicken served in warm tortilla wraps with a choice of flavours including tandoori, tikka, lemon pepper, Mediterranean, Cajun and Jamaican jerk. As well as gourmet wild venison burgers with caramelised onions or sweet chilli cheddar.
Ostrich Direct Catering
Ostrich Direct Catering supply speciality burgers from a selection of 11 different meats including beef, ostrich, wild boar, kangaroo and bison to name a few all served on a bed of salad with cheese, onions and relish of your choice.
Senor Churro
Senor Churro sells tasty Spanish snacks including the churro – a Spanish donught, in addition to ice cold drinks and fair-trade coffee.
The Great British Sausage Company
The Great British Sausage Company produce award-winning, traditional sausages, sourcing all ingredients from local producers within the UK. Their sausages are served hot to eat now, or in buy chilled packs to take home; and the tasty range includes The Traditional Churchill, The Hot Duchess (Pork and Jalapeno) and The Full English (pork, black pudding and smoked bacon).

Passionate about wholesome and affordable food, Debbie and Andrews sell a range of tasty traditional pork sausages all home-made with high quality lean pork shoulder, breadcrumbs and a variety of seasoning.
Mawsons Limited
Mawsons are a family business making soft drinks and cordial since 1933. Products include sarsaparilla, dandelion & burdock, cream soda and ginger beer.
Med Foods
Med Foods are proud to offer a wide range of fine food products, including olives, Turkish Delight, baklava, nuts, dried fruit, sun-dried tomatoes, virgin olive oil, licorice, fudge, crackers, peppers, and confectionery.
Mr Fitzpatrick’s
Mr Fitzpatrick’s Botanical Herbalists has been making soft drinks and cordials since 1899 using only the finest natural ingredients. Their range of interesting flavours includes blood tonic, black beer & raisin and newly launched elderflower & bramley to name a few.
Northern Dough Co
Northern Dough Co has created a range of delicious pizza dough in original, chilli and rosemary flavour. Containing only natural ingredients, the pizza dough is freshly frozen so that you can simply roll, create and enjoy them in your own home.
The Ministry of Chocolate
The Ministry of Chocolate will be selling delicious chocolate fruit kebabs. Using the finest Belgian milk chocolate from the Ministry’s own chocolate fountain these are a chocoholics dream!
The Nook Brewhouse
The Nook Brewhouse continues the long standing real ale tradition of The Nook, Holmfirth , introducing its own range of ales specially brewed for the real ale connossieur!
The Piece Hall
The Piece Hall stand will provide you with all you need to know about the Halifax Food and Drink Festival venue – a unique historic grade 1 listed cloth hall in Halifax and the many specialist shops situated around the courtyard offering everything from sweets, teddy-bears and vintage clothes, to hand-made jewellery and beautiful glass ornaments.
The Shay Stadium
The Shay Stadium is the premier venue for conference and events in Halifax and is home to 12 rooms accommodating everything from interviews, conferences and exhibitions to parties, dinners and weddings. The Head Chef can put together a range of delicious menus to suit everyone’s taste buds.

Little Valley Brewery from Hebden Bridge will be selling their inspired range of bottled beers all brewed with 100% organic agricultural ingredients to be naturally refreshing and full of good taste.
